Unlock Leadership Success with ‘Praise and Raise’ Method

The innovative educational method “Praise and Raise” draws out employees’ talents and fosters growth.

Description

“Praise and Raise” is a proven management method from Japan, already adopted by over 600 companies. In this course, you will learn how to use this practical approach to boost employee motivation, enhance productivity, and create a positive work environment.

The course focuses on two key areas: effective praise and clear communication of expectations. You’ll learn how to praise effort and process, not just results, which encourages a growth mindset and builds self-confidence in your team. Instead of reprimanding employees, you’ll discover how to communicate expectations in a way that motivates improvement and promotes long-term success.

You’ll also learn how to observe and identify your team’s strengths and talents, using the “Praise Sheet (Ho-Me Sheet)” to highlight positive behaviors and foster continuous feedback. This helps create a cycle of ongoing improvement and drives consistent performance. Additionally, you’ll explore how to tailor praise to different individuals to ensure it resonates and inspires them to reach new heights, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

There’s no special preparation required, so this method can be easily implemented by anyone, regardless of your company’s size or industry. By the end of this course, you’ll be ready to unlock your team’s potential and boost overall workplace success.
