Also, we will share our working principles, that help you as a professional or teams to reduce bias in decisions, collaborate better, and become more creative & productive. Those simple principles can be applied in innovation, but also in your day-to-day work, and are independent of any organizational changes.
On our way, we touch-base frameworks like Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-done, and Systematic Inventive Thinking, and will go through a creativity exercise.
