Stress has been linked to illnesses that include cancer, lung disease, fatal accidents, suicide, and cirrhosis of the liver.

Other negative effects:

  • Long term disability

  • Weakens immune system

  • Ages you

  • Can ruin your heart

  • Can ruin your teeth and gums

  • Makes it difficult to control emotions
